Starting an Affiliate Program and How To Get It Noticed

by Missy Ward on March 19, 2009 · 3 comments

Last week at PubCon South, I spoke on an Affiliate Marketing Panel about the risks and rewards of starting an affiliate program along with the steps one should take to get it set up and manage it properly. In addition, I provided strategies that affiliate managers should use to get their program noticed.

After the session, I was interviewed by Abby from WebProNews and offered up a glimpse into the session and some quick tips. We also talked about my new role as affiliate manager for ThesisAffiliates.com to raise money for the National Breast Cancer Foundation.

It’s a quick 5-minute video and hopefully you’ll find a pearl or two in it that will help with your program.

That is such a wonderful thing you are doing in support for the Breast Cancer foundation! I wish you all the best in your efforts and I know you will raise a lot of money for them! So are going to AdTech San Francisco?
